Our Operations and Maintenance Department is responsible for supervision, repair, and operation of the areas of land, buildings, and installations over time, ensuring good technical condition and satisfied customers. This is achieved through close collaboration with the customer, other departments within the administration, and other organizations in the city.

Job Responsibilities

In the Energy and Indoor Environment area, we are responsible for the indoor environment in our properties. Here, building technicians, operations technicians, and engineers work together within control, regulation monitoring, and HVAC to find smart solutions for operations with the goal of making our properties as energy-efficient as possible.

As a Control Engineer, you will work with:

• Alarm list management
• Building operations
• In-depth troubleshooting in our control systems
• Operational support for colleagues, such as shift handovers, energy measures, recurring alarms, and inventory
• Work orders
• Adjustments in HMI/SCADA
• Generation of statistics
• Conducting inspections
• Contact with contractors

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree in control and regulation technology or longer work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have several years of work experience in the field of control and regulation, preferably as a consultant, and experience in independently driving your own projects in the area. You also have good knowledge of programming and various communication protocols, both serial and via TCP/IP, such as Modbus or M-Bus. We expect that you have previously worked with overall oversight in technical building operations regarding heating and ventilation, and have experience as an integrator or administrator in various control and regulation monitoring systems.

Meritorious for the position is if you have many years of experience with DUC, PLC, and/or SCADA.

In addition, you need to have good collaboration skills, communication skills, and pedagogical ability.

A Category B driver's license is required for this position.
